1. General Policy

HomeKeyz provides a combination of free, paid, and third-party services.

Refunds are applicable only for paid services offered directly by HomeKeyz, subject to the terms below.

Fees paid to government authorities, banks/NBFCs, or third-party vendors are non-refundable.

 

2. Property Listings & Premium Services

Free Listings: Always free, no refunds applicable.

Premium Listings / Marketing Packages:

Refunds not permitted once the listing goes live or campaign begins.

If HomeKeyz fails to activate the listing within 7 business days of payment, a full refund will be issued.

 


3. Legal & Documentation Services

Legal/documentation fees (e.g., Khata transfer, registration assistance, due diligence reports) are non-refundable once the service is initiated.

If the request is canceled before submission to authorities, up to 50% refund may be provided at HomeKeyz’s discretion.

 

4. Construction, Interiors & Material Delivery

Construction/Interior Projects: Advance amounts paid are non-refundable once project execution begins.

If canceled before work commencement, refunds will be processed after deducting administrative charges (up to 20%).

Material Deliveries: Refunds only in case of wrong/defective items, subject to return within 48 hours. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

 

5. Financial & Loan Services

Processing fees collected by HomeKeyz (if any) are non-refundable once a loan application is submitted to banks/NBFCs.

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the partner bank’s policy.

 

6. Refund Process & Timeline

Refund requests must be raised via email to support@trustbuilt.tech within 7 days of payment.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

Refund confirmation will be sent by email/SMS.

 

7. Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for:

Change of mind after service activation.

Delays caused by government authorities, banks, or third-party partners.

Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, unforeseen disruptions).
