1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HomeKeyz services (website, mobile app, WhatsApp bot, or partner platforms), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

HomeKeyz provides:

Property Services: Listings, buying, selling, renting, and tenant screening.

Legal Services: Documentation, due diligence reports, Khata transfer, registration, and related compliance.

Construction & Interiors: Renovation, new construction, interior design, and material delivery.

Financial Services: Home loans, mortgages, and related banking tie-ups (via registered DSAs/partners).

All services may be delivered directly by HomeKeyz or through authorized third-party partners.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate, complete information during registration or service requests.

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details and OTPs.

Users agree not to misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal transactions.

4. Property Listings & Brokerage

HomeKeyz offers free property listings and zero brokerage for standard services.

Premium services (e.g., verified badge, marketing boost, legal checks) may attract service fees or margins as agreed with property owners.

HomeKeyz is not liable for disputes between property owners and tenants/buyers, except for services explicitly undertaken by us.

5. Legal & Compliance Services

All legal services are provided via empaneled lawyers.

HomeKeyz does not guarantee outcomes of government registrations/approvals, as they are subject to third-party/government authority timelines.

Users are responsible for ensuring their documents are genuine and accurate.

6. Construction & Material Delivery

HomeKeyz provides construction and material delivery services directly or through vendors.

Delivery timelines (including “60-minute delivery”) are subject to availability, location, and traffic conditions.

Quality assurance is provided via audits, but HomeKeyz is not liable for defects caused by third-party contractors/vendors.

7. Financial & Loan Services

HomeKeyz facilitates home loans/mortgages through banks and NBFCs as a registered Direct Selling Agent (DSA) or via aggregator tie-ups.

Final loan approval, terms, and disbursement rest solely with the bank/NBFC.

HomeKeyz does not guarantee loan approval and is not liable for rejection/delay by financial institutions.

8. Payments & Refunds

Service fees, margins, or commissions (if applicable) will be agreed in writing before initiation of service.

Refunds, if any, will be processed as per service-specific policies.

GST and other taxes apply as per law.

9. Limitation of Liability

HomeKeyz acts as a facilitator and is not liable for:

Losses arising from property disputes, government delays, or financial rejections.

Issues arising from third-party vendors, contractors, lawyers, or banks.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user for that specific service.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

User data will be collected, stored, and processed as per our Privacy Policy.

Sensitive data (like financial info) will be shared only with authorized partners with user consent.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing which, arbitration will apply under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Amendments

HomeKeyz may revise these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified via website/app updates. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
